DND and CF are committed to ensuring that all CF members receive fair compensation for their hard work and dedication to military life. It is also important that benefits respond to the evolving needs of CF personnel and their families.
The Director General of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for developing and implementing pay rates and allowances; leave guidelines; the CF pension plan; travel and relocation benefits; military foreign service rates; and education for the dependents of CF members.
